We are proud to offer free preschool (GSRP) for our BCPS families. GSRP is a 4 day per week classroom-based experience that helps to prepare children for kindergarten. Your child must be 4 years old on or before September 1st to attend GSRP. Spaces are limited.

Free Preschool With Certified Teachers

Our certified teachers specialize in early childhood education so they can help set your child up for success in kindergarten and beyond.

Our preschool program for 4-year-olds includes:

Play-based learning for essentials like colors, letters, numbers, fine motor skills and more.
Full-day preschool (Monday–Thursday)
Classrooms conveniently located inside Dudley, LaMora Park, Post-Franklin, and Valley View Elementary schools, making transportation easier and helping your preschooler prepare for their elementary years
Free transportation (limited openings available)
Free breakfast, lunch, and snack served daily
Certified early childhood education teachers
Quality curriculum
Field trips
8:1 student-to-adult ratio
