Tuition Reimbursement
In addition to competitive pay, we also provide tuition reimbursement for up to $3,600 per year.
Competitive Pay
Base compensation ranges from $39,000 to $68,959 per year depending on education and experience. We also offer signing bonuses, retention incentives, tuition reimbursement, and generous health insurance coverage options (including life, dental and vision).
Housing Incentive Program
We provide financial assistance up to $10,000 for home ownership or renovations in partnership with the City of Battle Creek.
