In addition to scholarship opportunities like the Bearcat Advantage, Legacy Scholars, SEED Award, and funding through the BCPS Education Foundation, students may be eligible for a variety of other local, state, and national scholarships.
Please note: Many scholarship applications open in late Fall / early Winter. Others have not yet announced their opening dates. Check back to each site regularly and we will also add updates as we get them.

Local Scholarships

- Arbor Credit Union -- Due Feb 1, 2026 (Apply by Jan 4, 2026 to be entered to win a $25 Amazon Gift Card)
- Battle Creek Community Foundation -- Opens Dec 1 Due March 1, 2026
- After applying, make sure to go back into the BCCF system and check the list of scholarships you're eligible for. If they say "edit" on the right-hand side, that means you have additional steps before the application is complete (such as an essay, letters of recommendation, etc.) Make sure you complete the additional portions to apply for those scholarships!

State / Federal Scholarships and Grants
- FAFSA -- Students are required to complete the FAFSA annually to be eligible to receive State / Federal scholarship and grant funding. Many other scholarships may also require FAFSA completion as part of their application process. Complete your FAFSA early to ensure you're eligible for the most aid possible.
