Transferring Schools Within BCPS

In-District Transfer Program: How to Apply

Battle Creek Public Schools is committed to ensuring that every student at every grade and in every school is provided with the educational environment and opportunities they need to succeed. To ensure that every student is in the building that is best suited to their needs, BCPS offers an In-District Transfer Program. This program allows families with students in kindergarten through eighth grade the opportunity to move their child to another school within the district for an entire school year. In-District Transfer applications for the 2020-21 school year will be accepted through August 28, 2020.
