PARENT CENTERS
Help parents help their children

On Thursday, September 27, 2001, Battle Creek Public Schools officials opened the first of four Parent Centers to help parents help their children.

We recognize the importance of home-school partnerships to school success. Research has consistently shown the benefits derived from parental involvement in their children’s education. According to the U.S. Department of Education, "Parents are their children’s first and most influential teachers."
